I love it but is it rain proof ? I noticed the side panels had some pretty big gaps between them . In a windy rain storm it could blow in ??? Other wise Nice !

Do you have any of these up in Hawaii? I have property on the big island. How do they hold up to the moisture?

How much does one of these cost, approximately? Before adding plumbing, electric, cabinets, foundation, etc.? Some counties wouldn't let you live in this without a foundation.

What about additional windows, floor insulation, electrical wiring & plumbing? Are the walls insulated (i.e. for year-round living)? Thanks!
