    I remember when my dad taught me how to make jambalaya when I was 10. Still my fave dish. It’s pretty much idiot proof and you can put anything in it. I typically raid the back of the freezer to find whatever been there for awhile and put that in it. Then I go to the farmers market and get what’s in season.

    I'd be scared to change my Mamma's jambalaya recipe and put it on YouTube, you brave. Also the food looks LIT! also also any cook knows dancing is an essential ingredient to making good jambalaya, so I'm sure it's also delicious

    That is not Jambalaya!! Throw the whole recipe away. Was that tomatoes? We don't use celery in our jambalaya in Louisiana! Stop appropriating cajun culture! Call that dish something else, cuz it ain't Jambalaya honey.
