How to make hairpin Legs 2.0 – Rocket Design Furniture




This is how I make my Hairpin Legs, with laser cut angle brackets and 12mm round bar bent in a compact bender. It couldn’t be any easier , oh wait it can when you buy them from me.

    the smooth and fast way you stick welded that thin metal made my jaw drop! when I tryed using a stick welder for such a thin plate, I burned right through it

    Actually it can be much easier and faster. You are taking way too much time to make those. Plus the piece at the top will look like crap under the table. No need for it. Just a flat bracket that is thick enough. 1/8" is not thick enough. Plus the bracket is too big and hard to ship. These are much easier and faster to make.
