Where did you get the green thing that cuts all the paper? The thing with the ruler and the slider?

I am studying Medical terminology right now, and I just made one of these, but I just used index cards alone. I will be going back to buy the chipboard and scrap paper. This will help me study better. Thank you

This was a great tutorial…thanks! I plan to try this out this week 🙂
but being low on funds, i have to improvise and use old-fashioned scissors and thin cardboard (like from cereal boxes). Luckily I still have some adhesives (not the tape kind) left over from my kids' adventures in art class.  I also was lucky and found a good stack of pretty scrap paper for real cheap. The rings I did buy cheap. So thank goodness for that.

Thanks for the tutorial! I also added extra rings linking the ring on the left and the ring on the right, so it made a  handle 🙂

I made one last night for my niece and it turned out pretty good.  I'm so proud of myself, I finally was able to craft something that turned out right…..lol.  Not I have to make more.  Thanks for posting this!
