In this weeks episode of Fix It Fridays #FIF. Clients hired Robeson Design to design their home from the ground up! The project took two years and Rebecca had the privilege of making every single decision in the process from room modifications to material selections. In this Powder Room, Rebecca created a sophisticated look by adding marble to the back wall in a cool chevron pattern. She designed a custom, furniture like vanity for the oval vessel sink and adorned it with a fabulous shapely mirror, mercury glass pendant lights and chrome faucet mounted on the wall. Rebecca shows you how to take an ordinary Bathroom and make it a WOW!

beautiful! I just don't know how to apply any of these designs to our tiny 900 sq ft. Ranch style home with a super small bathroom and odd shaped kitchen with window in the wrong place.

I have a vessel sink in our main bathroom. My only issue is that the cupboard it sits on is only 2 or 2-1/2 foot wide. I do not recommend at vessel sink in such a small cupboard because there is hardly anywhere to put anything on it. The soap is in such an awkward spot! However, I am sure a vessel sink is great on a wide counter. It looks beautiful in the video!

I used a dresser with bun feet in my bathroom.  I also added a red rose vessel sink and faucet handles on the wall behind.  I love it!  And I have no problem reaching.  I could not stand to cut the feet off my dresser!  It was too cool of a look!  I get many complements.
In my down bath rehab, I am using an antique buffet with great storage and painting it marine high gloss blue with a silver sink and silver faucet.  Sconces trimmed in black crystals and lots of adjustable light.  Heated tile floor for comfort, too…this, too, shall be a hit!  I can already see it in my mind!
I love to decorate.  I love to do the unexpected.  I also enjoy using pops of color.  THAT is my signature… So enjoyable for me seeing people happy with their home…thanks for reading!

hi Rebecca wow! just came across your channel & I just love home interiors and forever changing my rooms around playing with different accessories etc and just fascinated by your creativity and ideas..your truly amazing! I live in Cornwall a small corner in the south west of England and boy would I love your help! I've suffered really poor health over the last 7 years and sadly unable to do things like I used too including moving my rooms around etc but I still try lol! I'm moving from private renting to social housing in the new year and will have a new home for myself and 2 teenagers and it will be very much a blank canvas! I won't have the funds to be able to decorate but I'm sure your videos will give me some inspiration to perhaps utilise some of the things I already have or perhaps even up cycle. ..thank you for your wonderful channel and sharing your fab results with us all xxx

I had a vessel sink in my bathroom but sadly it had to go to make room for a bathtub (yep, there were NO tubs when we bought our place). I loved it but it no longer fit, so I took the floating style vanity off the bottom (the wood was damaged anyway) and mounted the granite and sink outside!!! We live in our garden year-round and it was an amazing and useful addition for us.

Rebecca I just redid my bathroom. I went with an industrial style. My vanity consist of 3 metal file storage units put together. I added a vessel sink and a 1” white Formica countertop. The faucet spout comes out of the wall while the hot & cold shut off valves are installed on my countertop about a 2 ft. Away from the spout. I love my bathroom. By the way, love, love, love your taste and style. Great powder room.
