    I cannot believe 8 ft high ceiling is still the standard in this modern age where people are way taller than let's say 50 years ago. I'm glad that you as a builder has taken that into consideration. I'm 6'3 and 8ft ceiling feels like being in a boat.

    How much does it cost extra, percentage-wise for an additional row of blocks to raise the ceiling by 1 ft?

    Must have made a fortune working with this owner, however its a shame to see quality craftsmanship being torn down as soon as it's put up….owner must have bottomless pockets.

    I have a detached 2 car garage I want to convert to have a second story for storage/workshop. would it be cheaper to build the whole thing brand new or can it be converted for less?

    About how much would this cost? I want to raise my roof 2feet.
