Good morning, I'd like to ask you a favor. I have the Sketchbook Pro 2016, and a Wacom Intuos. I have the drawback that when I draw with the pencil, I do not recognize the eraser with the white color tone (which would be to erase it blank), but when choosing a tone, for example, red, and draw with any of The pencils, when I press the erase button of the pencil, I recognize the rubber but erase in red. And so with all the colors. I can not draw with a color and erase it blank. Would you know what it should be, and how could you correct it? Thank you in advance.
