Immaculately clipped hedges border the palatial estate’s stone-pillared entry gates. The entrance opens onto a wide lane paved with hand cut Santa Barbara Stone that leads through a grand archway of undulating trees to the main residence.
Built in 2003, the main house includes a library, office, spa with a separate dry and wet sauna, a gym, game room, arcade room, theater, wine cellar, and five-car garage.
Hidden from prying eyes, the estate sits on an approximate 7.38 acre site with sweeping lawns, tiered rose gardens, tall Italian cypress trees, blooming lavender, century old olive trees, a tennis court, tea house, children’s cottage, and a pool. Across the creek and looking up at the main house is a two bedroom two bath guesthouse with a stone fireplace.

I'll take it!! 🙂 In my dreams, of course. lol. What a beautiful, beautiful home! It is really so nice to see a place that has actual land with it. Too many times you see houses and amenities like this crammed onto tiny 2 acre lots. This place is done up right! And you can feel the Love the family has for it, as well. As upscale and lovely as it is, you can still feel human spirit here, in a big way. It is not a museum house, designed for awe effect. It is a Home. <3 Thank you for sharing it with us.
